The Link to Children (TLC), Inc., A nonprofit 501(c)(3), is a model on-site early intervention mental health program, with the mission of supporting the healthy emotional development of young children within a cultural context.
When you donate to TLC, in any amount, you become a partner in helping end the cycle of violence and poverty and improving educational outcomes.

We provide Early Intervention Programs at 8 locations in Alameda county and the Alameda County Family Justice Center.
